UMA a trouvé plusieurs commerces vacants à Montréal et offre aux artistes d'y présenter leur création.
Le projet À LOUER trouve des espaces commerciaux vides et y installe des œuvres d'art qui y demeurent jusqu'à ce que ces espaces trouvent preneur. Le quartier est par la même occasion mis en valeur en bonifiant chacun de ces espaces inhabités, tout en donnant une vitrine aux artistes de la relève. Ce projet veut permettre d'accélérer l'occupation, de revitaliser le quartier, remonter le moral des citoyens et aider à augmenter la valeur des propriétés, tout en créant des emplois dans la communauté.
Ces objectifs seront atteints grâce à l'apport de nombreux artistes de la relève qui ne sont pas représentés en galerie et donc ne possèdent pas de vitrine pour s'exposer.

UMA have found many empty stores in Montreal and offer to artists to show their artwork.
A LOUER’ project is to found empty commercial spaces and install in it work of art, that will stay there until the space is rent. The area is in the same occasion highlighted in each binifiant uninhabited spaces, while providing a showcase for emerging artists. This project aims to accelerate the occupation, to revitalize the area, boosting the morale of citizens and help increase property values, while creating jobs in the community.
These objectives will be achieved through the support of many emerging artists who are not represented in the gallery and therefore do not have a showcase to display.
